1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MI Jewellery website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. MI Jewellery is a UK-based retailer of handcrafted jewellery.

2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible; however, please allow 3–10 working days for dispatch. If your order is urgent, please email us at hello@mijewellery.co.uk and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Standard shipping is £9.95; orders over £150 qualify for complimentary shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or incorrect.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mijewellery.co.uk.

Items must be returned:

• In their original, unworn condition
• In original packaging where possible
• Within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return

Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of MI Jewellery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MI Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
